AMENDMENT No. 2 to the SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 10, FIFTH EDITION AERONAUTICAL TELECOMMUNICATLONS Replace the Supplement to Annex 10, Fifth Edition, by the attached Supplement. This Amendment supersedes Amendment No. 1.
