Transmitial Note AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 9 EIGHTH EDITION FACILITATION 1. The attached pages are issued for the purpose of incorporating into the Supplement to Annex 9 Eighth Edition the latest information received from Contracting States as to their position vis-5-vis the various provisions of this Annex. 2. In order to incorporate Amendment No. 8 to the Supplement a remove existing pages I11 to X dated 1/7/85 b insert the attached new and replacement pages dated 10/11/86 in their appropriate places and c record the entry of this amendment on page 11.
