Transmittal Note Amendment No. 2 to the SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 3 - METEOROLOGICAL SERVICE FOR INTERNATIONAL AIR NAVIGATION Thirteenth Edition 1. Amendment No. 2 to the Supplement to Annex 3 provides additional information received from States up to 14 February 200 1 with respect to all amendments up to and including Amendment 71. 2. To incorporate this amendment a replace existing preliminary pages iii to vii by the attached replacement pages iii to viii dated 14/2/01 b replace existing country page for Belarus by the attached replacement pages dated 141210 1 c insert new pages for Croatia and Mexico dated 14/2/0 1 and d record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
