Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement to Annex 4 provides additional information received from States up to 31 August 2007 with respect to all amendments up to and including Amendment 53. 2. To incorporate Amendment No. 1 to this Supplement a Replace pages iii to vi by the attached new pages iii to xi dated 31/08/07 b Insert the attached new country pages for Denmark, Egypt, India, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland and the United States dated 31/8/07 and c Record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
