Transmittal Note AMENDMENT No. 1 TO THE SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 4 - EIGHTH EDITION AERONAUTICAL CHARTS To incorporate Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement to Annex 4 -1. Insert the attached new and replacement pages dated 2/5/86 in their appropriate places. 2. Remove the pages for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Papua New Guinea and Turkey. 3. Record the entry of this amendment on page 2 of the Supplement.
