Recommendat ions 1. That an inspection be carried out to inquire into the standard and-scope of maintenance done by that air line. 2. That a careful examination be made of the standard of repair work carried out as well as of the quality of the maintenance personnel employed by the airline. 3. That it should be ascertained whether there had been a test for "percentage of susceptibility to explosion". 4. That cargo aircraft should not be used to carry passengers.
