AMENDMENT No. 1 to the Procedures for Air Navigation Services RULES OF THE AIR and AIR TRAFFIC SERVICES To give effect to this amendrncnt, replacement pages for, and manuscript amendments to PANS-RAC, 8th Edition, should be inserted in the document as follows 1. Record entry of the Amendment on page ii. 2. Insert the attached replacement pages in PANS-RAC, 8th Edition a Table of contents - Pages iii and iv b Foreword - Pages v and vi c Part I - Pages 1-2, 1-3 and 1-4 d Part I1 - Pages 2-1 and 2-4 e Part I11 - Pages 3-2, 3-5 and 3-6 f Part IV - Page 4-4 g Part IX - Pages 9-1 and 9-4/9-16. 3 Insert the attached new pages a Part X - Pages 10-1 to 10-26 b Attachment D - Pages 13 to 19. 4. Delete the word "END" at bottom of page 12 of the Attachments to PANS-RAC.
