Doc 8400 Amendment No. 2 29/6/66 AMENDMENT No. 2 to the PROCEDURES for AIR NAVIGATION SERVICES ICAO ABBREVIATIONS AND CODES FIRST EDITION - 1964 Amendment No. 2 consists of a revision of the Foreword replacement page attached necessitated by changes in the references to documents related to Doc 8400 and discontinuation of the Radiotelephony Training and Reference Manual Doc 7948-AN/869/2. This Amend- ment is applicable on 25 Aupust 1966. Also the Council has approved Recommendation 4/ 1 of the AIS/ MAP Divisional Meeting 1966 which provides for a short title for Doc 8400 i. e.
