CORRIGENDUM / RECTIFICATIF / CORRIGENDO / ИСПРАВЛЕНИЕ / / Please refer to the attached two procs-verbaux of rectifications, dated 22 June 2015 and 29 December 2014 respectively, prepared by UNIDROIT International Institute for the Unification of Private Law. The Annexes contain corrections to the Arabic, French and Spanish authentic texts of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and to the Arabic and French authentic texts of the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Aircraft Equipment. CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL INTERESTS IN MOBILE EQUIPMENT SIGNED AT CAPE TOWN ON 16 NOVEMBER 2001 PROTOCOL TO THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL INTERESTS IN MOBILE EQUIPMENT ON MATTERS SPECIFIC TO AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT SIGNED AT CAPE TOWN ON 16 NOVEMBER 2001 PROCES-VERBAL OF RECTIFICATIONS TO THE ORIGINAL TEXT OF THE CONVENTION ARABIC, FRENCH AND SPANISH AUTHENTIC TEXTS, TO THE ANNEX OF THE AIRCRAFT PROTOCOL ARABIC AND FRENCH AUTHENTIC TEXTS AND THE CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES UNIDROIT, acting in his capacity as Depositary of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Aircraft Equipment, signed at Cape Town on 16 November 2001, WHEREAS the Arabic, French and Spanish authentic texts of the Convention and the Arabic and French authentic texts of the Annex to the Aircraft Protocol contain certain errors or lack of concordance with the correct other original language versions, WHEREAS the corresponding proposal of corrections has been communicated to all interested States by notification of 23 February 2015 Note Verbale DC9.DEP./109, WHEREAS by 25 May 2015, the date on which the period specified for the notification of objection to the proposal of corrections expired, no objection had been notified, HAS CAUSED the corrections indicated in the annex to this Procs-verbal to be effected in the original of the Convention Arabic, French and Spanish authentic texts and in the original of the Annex to the Aircraft Protocol Arabic and French authentic texts which corrections also apply to the certified true copies.
