This circular describes an overarching safety framework intended to contribute to the management of safety in aviation operations and known as Threat and Error Management (TEM). TEM is based on a model developed by the Human Factors Research Project of the University of Texas in Austin (United States): the University of Texas Threat and Error Management Model (UTTEM).

Terms of use of documents:
