SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 10 - Second Edition of Volume I AERONAUTICAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS Differences between the national regulations and practices of States and the corresponding International Standards and Recommendations contained in Annex 10, as notified to ICAO in accordance with Article 38 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and the Council's resolution of 21 November 1950. When national regulations or practices are in compliance with the specifications but individual differences exist at particular sites,the details of the facilities existing are the subject of notification through the medium of Aeronau- tical Information Publications and are no longer included as differences in this Supplement.
