Transmittal Note AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 10 - VOLUME IT FOURTH EDITION AERONAUTICAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS To incorporate Amendment No. 2 to the Supplement 1. Replace the following pages by the corresponding new pages dated 31/12/87 iii to vi Canada 1Jnited States. 2. Insert the following new pages dated 31/12/87 Argentina Brazil Brunei Darussalam Germany, Federal Republic of Madagascar New Zealand Portugal Union of Soviet Socialist epublics. 3. In respect of France, change the date at the bottom of the page to 31/12/87. 4, Remove the existing pages for Hungary dated 15/11/85 and for Italy dated 20/10/86. 5. Record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
