Transmittal Note Amendment No. 1 to the SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 12 - SEARCH AND RESCUE Sixth Edition To incorporate Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement 1. Replace pages iii to v by the attached new pages dated 3014199. 2. Remove the page for Germany dated 1011 1194. 3. On the page for the Netherlands, change by hand the date at the bottom of the page to read 3014199 and change "Netherlands, Kingdom of the" to "Netherlands". 4. Insert the attached new page for Singapore dated 3014199. 5. Record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
