Transmittal Note AMENDMENT No. 2 TO THE SUPPLEME3T TO ANNEX 12 SIXTH EDITION SEARCH AND RESCUE To incorporate Amendment No. 2 to the Supplement 1. Replace the following pages by the corresponding new pages dated 21/3/91 iii to vi Austria 2. Insert the following new pages dated 21/3/91 Bhutan Ghana Norway Poland Singapore Sweden 3. Remove the pages for Thailand and Zambia dated 15/2/84 and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics dated 15/5/86. 4. On the pages for Australia, Bangladesh, France, Kingdom of the Netherlands and Papua New Guinea, change the date by hand to read 21/3/91. 5. Record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
