Transmittal Note SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 16 - ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION VOLUME I - AIRCRAFT NOISE First Edition 1. The attached Supplement to Annex 16, Volume I - Aircraft Noise supersedes all previous Supplements to Annex 16, Volume I and includes differences and comments notified by Contracting States up to 1 March 1984. 2. This Supplement should be inserted at the end of Annex 16, Volume I, First Edition. Additional differences will be issued at intervals as amendments to this Supplement.
