Transmittal Note Amendment No. 1 to the SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 3 - METEOROLOGICAL SERVICE FOR INTERNATIONAL AIR NAVIGATION Thirteenth Edition 1. Amendment No. 1 to the Supplement to Annex 3 provides additional information received from States up to 15 September 2000 with respect to all amendments up to and including Amendment 7 1. 2. To incorporate this amendment a replace existing preliminary pages iii to vii and country pages for the Czech Republic and New Zealand by the attached replacement pages dated 15/9/00 b insert new page for Austria dated 15/9/00 and C record this amendment on page ii of the Supplement.
