SUPPLEMENT Differences as of 15 March, 1954, between the national regulations and practices of States and the correpoading International Standards contained in Annex 3, as notified to ICAO in accordance with Article 38 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, This Supplement presents in consolidated form all differences notified to ICAO up to 15 March 1954 and supersedes the original Supplement, as amended by Amendments 1 and 2, 15 March 1954
