AMENDMENT 3 TO THE INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION SERVICES ANNEX 15 TO THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION FIRST .EDITION, SEPTEMBER 1953 Amendment 3 was adopted by the Council on 16 April 1987. The Amendment became effective on P Sepkmbet 1987 and will become applicable on 1 December 195'7.
