Aercnautical Charts APENDMENTS IJIJIBERED 23 TO 28 TO THE STAIJDARDS AND RECOHIGIJDED PRACTICES OF AIJNEX 4 - AEK'OlAUTICAL CHARTS FOREWORD The amendments to Annex 4 contained in this document are not based on divisional action but are the outcome of other activities of the Council of ICAO since the Second Edition of the Annex came into force 1 September 1950. These amendcents,were adopted for inclusion in Annex 4 by the Coulcil on 25 curie 1951 at the Tenth leeting of its Thirteenth Session in accordance with the resolutian of adoption quoted below. Such of these amendnents as have not beec disapproved, in whole or in part, by more than half of the total number of Contracting States by 1 Xovernber 1951 will be incornorated in -Annex 4.
