Transmittal Note SUPPLEMENT TO - ANNEX 6, PART XI THIRD EDITION OPERATION OF AIRCRAFT INTERNATIONAL GENERAL AVIATION , 1. The attached Supplement to Annex 6, Part I1 supersedes the previous Supplement to Annex 6, Part 11 dated 15 December 1978 and includes differences notified by Contracting States up to 1 February 1984 to Annex 6, Part 11, Third Edition as amended by Amendment 10. 2. This Supplement should be inserted at the end of Annex 6, Part 11, Third Edition. Additional differences and revised comments received from Contracting States will be issued at intervals as amendments to this Supplement.
