Transmittal Note AMENDMENT No. 2 TO - SUPPLEMENT No. 2 TO ANNEX 7, THIRD EDITION AIRCRAFT NATIONALITY AND REGISTRATION MARKS 1. The attached Supplement supersedes the previous Supplement No. 2 to Annex 7, dated May 1974, and includes differences and comments received from Contracting States up to 15 August 1975, to Annex 7, Third Edition as amended by Amendment No. 3. 2. The Supplement should be inserted at the end of Annex 7, Third Edition. Additional differences and revised comments received from Contracting States will be issued at intervals as amendments to this Supplement.
