Transmittal Note SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 ANNEX 7 FOURTH EDITION AIRCRAFT NATIONALITY AND REGISTRATION MARKS 1. The attached Supplement No. 2 supersedes the previous edition of Supplement No. 2 to Annex 7 dated 4 January 1983, and includes differences and comments notified by Contracting States up to 4 February 1985. 2. Supplement No. 2 should be inserted at the end of Annex 7, Fourth Edition. Additional differences and revised comments received from Contracting States will be issued at intervals as amendments to Supplement No. 2.
