Transmittal Note AMENDMENT No. 2 SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 9 EIGHTH EDITION 1. The attached pages are issued for the purpose of incorporating into the Supplement to Annex 9 Eighth Edition the latest information received from Contracting States as to their position vis-5-vis the various provisions of Annex 9 Eighth Edition. 2. These pages bear the date of publication 1/4/82 this date has also been recorded in the Table of Contents NO. 3 attached hereto, in the "Date of Publication" column opposite the names of the States for which the attached pages have been issued. 3. Please insert the attached pages in their proper places in the Supplement to Annex 9 Eighth Edition, bearing in mind that States appear in alphabetical order as on Table of Contents No. 3. " IMPORTANT.- The attached Table of Contents gives the complete list of up-to-date pages of this Supplement. Please refer to it carefully before amending your copy.

Additional or revised data will be issued on new pages from time to time upon receipt from Contracting States.
