Transmittal Note AMENDMENT No. 6 SUPPLEMENT TO ANNEX 9 EIGHTH EDITION 1. The attached pages are issued for the purpose of incorporating into the Supplement to Annex 9 Eighth Edition the latest information received from Contracting States as to their position vis-2-vis the various provisions of Annex 9 Eighth Edition. 2. These pages bear the date of publication 1/11/84 this date has also been recorded in the Table of Contents No. 7 attached hereto, in the "Date of Publication" column opposite the names of the States for which the attached pages have been issued. 3. Please insert the attached pages in their proper places in the Supplement to Annex 9 Eighth Edition, bearing in mind that States appear in alphabetical order as on Table of Contents No. 7. The page headed "United Republic of Cameroon" should be removed, as the information now appears under "Cameroon". IMPORTANT.- The attached Table of Contents gives the complete list of up-to-date pages of this Supplement. Please refer to it carefully before amending your copy.
Supplement to Annex 9 Eighth Edition 111 TABLE OF CONTENTS No. 7 The number of pages shown below for each country and the date of publication of these pages correspond with the actual pages in this Supplement. Additional or revised data will be issued on new pages from time to time upon receipt from Contracting States. These new pages will bear their date of publication and will be accompanied by a new Table of Contents bearing the same date and recording the changes. Tables of Contents will be numbered consecutively and will show the various dates of publication, so that they can be checked with the actual pages to verify that all material has been received.
