Transmittal Note SL'PPLEMENT TO ANNEX 9 EIGHTH EDITION FACILITATION 1. The attached Supplement supersedes all previous Supplements to Annex 9, and includes differences notified by Contracting States up to 2 January 1981. 2. This Supplement should be inserted at the end of Annex 9, Eighth Edition.
