Doc 760013 Amendment No. 1 2811 1/77 STANDING RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVLATION ORGANIZATION At its 22nd Session 13 September - 5 October 1977, the Assembly amended the Standing Rules of Procedure of the Assembly by amending Rules 2 and 65 to read as follows Rule 2 The Assembly may hold extraordinary sessions at any time Extraordinary upon the call of the Council or at the request of not less than sesi one-fifth of the total number of Contracting States addressed to the Secretary General Convention, Article 48a. Rule 65 The English, Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish languages Languages of may be used in the deliberations of the Assembly and its deliberations bodies. Speeches made in any of these five languages shall be interpreted into the other four languages, except where such interpretation is dispensed with by common consent. END
