i 'PROISIONS CONCERNING THE ALR ITRANSPORT, i.5 - JOINT SUPPORT AND FINANCE COMMITTEES Zouncil Resolution of 10 March 1961 42-8, and , Gouncil deciiions of 28 November 1962 47-3,- 17.March 1969 66-13 and 1 June 1973 79-3y '/ Air Transport Committee 1. The - Air Transport conknittee shall consist of 12 members. Lhe provisions of this aragraph were suspended by the Council on 23 June 1954 22-7J 2. The members of the Air Transport Committee shall serve until the end of the term of the Council which appointed them and thereafter, in so far as the States they represent continue to be Members of the Council, until the Council elects the new Committee. 3. During periods outside of the Council phase, the President of the Council may appoint members and alternates of the Air Transport Committee. Joint Support and Finance Committees 4. The Committee on Joint Support of Air Navigation Services should be composed of not more than 11 members and, as far as practicable, of not less than 9. 5. The Finance committee should consist of not less than 9 and not more than 13 members. 6. The members of the Joint Support and Finance Committees shall serve for one year and thereafter, in so far as the States they represent continue to be Members of the Council, until the Council elects the new Comri-Atees. 7. During periods outside of the Council phase, the President of the Council may appoint alternates to members of the. Joint Support and Finance Committees.
