SPECIAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO OTHER STANDING COMMITTEES AND WORKING GROUPS OF THE COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE 1. The Committee on Unlawful Interference shall normally consist of 15 members elected from among the Representatives or Alternates under Rules 17 and 18 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council. 2. The Chairman of the Committee shall be elected by the Council and shall hold office for one year. . 3. The Committee shall meet in closed session unless the Committee decides that a meeting shall be opened. 4. The Committee will continue to work without keeping the Minutes. 5. The continuation of the Committee will be reviewed by the Council every three years, beginning in autumn 1986, and its membership shall be reviewed by the Council annually. 6. The provisions of paragraphs 7, 8, 9 and 1 1 on page 17 apply also to the Committee on Unlawful Interference. For other provisions regarding the Committee see the Council Resolution of 10 April 1969 as amended on 28 March 1973, 3 December 1985 and 8 December 1986 II9th - 11 and 12 C and Doc 8849, pp. 11-13. WORKING GROUP ON CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 7. The Working Group on Conditions of Service should consist of not less than 7 and not more than 9 members. 8. The Chairman of the Group is elected by the Council. 9. The provisions of paragraphs 7 to 11 on page 17 apply.also to the Working Group on Conditions of Service. - END - 2 /10/87 No. 2
