lnternational Standards and Recommended Practices OPERATION OF A1 RC RAFT INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL AIR TRANSPORT Addendum to Fourth Edition March 1954 FOREWORD Subsequent to the issue of the fourth edition of Annex 6 the Council adopted on 20 October 1953 Amendment Number 135. This amerdment became effective on 1 March 1954 and will become applicable on 1 November 1954. Contracting States have been requested to notify the Organization before 1 September 1954 of the differences that will exist on the date on which the amendment will become applicable, between their national regulations or practices and the provisions of the standards contained in the Annex as hereby amerded, and to keep the Organization informed of any further differewes that may arise. They have also been requested to notify the Organization before the date on which the amerdment will become applicable of the date or dates by which they will have complied with the provisions of the amendment.
