Insert the following replacement pages in Annex 9 Fifteenth Edition to incorporate Amendment 28 which becomes applicable on 28 February 2021 a Pages ix and xv Foreword b Page 1-2 Chapter 1 c Pages 3-2 and 3-3 Chapter 3 d Page 6-5 Chapter 6 e Pages 9-1 to 9-7 Chapter 9 2. These pages should be retained separately from the Annex proper until the applicability date is reached, at which time they should be incorporated into the Annex. 3. Record the entry of this amendment on page iii.
